Founder of ShapeBy, with over 12 years of experience in the aesthetic field. She began her medical journey as an ENT specialist at Karolinska Hospital in Sweden. Today, she is a globally recognized trainer working with brands such as Galderma, Quanta System Lasers, and ZO Skin Health. Dr. Neha is passionate about ethical and inclusive approaches to beauty, focusing on patient empowerment and safety. She holds medical degrees from Gdańsk, Poland, and Østfold, Norway.
Nardine Yohanna, MD, MRCS
Dr. Nardine Yohanna is an accomplished aesthetic surgeon currently practicing at ZO Skin Centre in Cairo, Egypt. She completed her bachelor's degree in Medicine & Surgery from Ain Shams University, Egypt. During her internship year in 2016, she joined ZO Skin Centre, where her passion for aesthetic medicine took root. She pursued postgraduate training in aesthetic surgery in the US where she successfully completed all examinations to be licensed there. Further enhancing her expertise, she earned a diploma in aesthetic medicine in Canada where she practiced for 3 years. After that, she became a certified surgeon & a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Upon returning to Egypt, she rejoined ZO Skin Centre as an aesthetic surgeon and now serves as the staff and doctors trainer, focusing on aesthetic medicine and ZO Skin Health products. Dr. Yohanna is an international speaker at many aesthetic medicine conferences. She has participated in ZO Skin Health training courses and is an international speaker & KOL for ZO Skin Health.

Part of the ZO team since 2019, Claudie is a licensed esthetician with over 15 years of experience in professional training and education. She supports the ZO distributor network across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), delivering product expertise and clinical education.

Licensed esthetician since 2004, with 21 years of experience in the aesthetic industry. Lauren joined ZO Skin Health in 2024 and leads global educational development, coaching, and training initiatives for professional teams across international markets.
